We have created the TidePlatform, operating in the CPaaS model, which supports two-way communication both in Poland and abroad. It integrates all omnichannel channels: SMS, MMS, VMS, e-mail, messengers, RCS, and voice calls. One of the modules of the Platform is also the technologically advanced call center system – TideCC.
Security
We hold the highest level of Trusted SSL certificate for financial institutions. We provide banking services outsourcing following the recommendations of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) and the obligations arising from banking law. Our teleinformatics infrastructure is located in three independent data centers in Poland and is designed to ensure operational continuity (BCP), even in the event of failures in multiple critical system components, and to provide the highest performance for clients executing large campaigns.
